Initiate RMA Request
Contact our support team or log into your account to submit a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) request with your order number and reason for return.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the item in its original Phanteks packaging, including all manuals, cables, and mounting hardware to ensure full credit eligibility.
Label and Ship
Affix the provided shipping label or your own trackable shipping method to the exterior of the box and drop it off at an authorized carrier location.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the product's condition at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
